Sylhet Tiles Merchants is an established business, supplying high-end tiles to property developers, contractors and the general public. Their volume of sales meant, they needed cloud based software to manage their entire business operation and provide Sylhet Tiles Merchants a real-time data management.
We created a bespoke software application to manage their stocks and accounting. There was no down-time on their software, as this was in a secured Linux based server and automatic data back-ups were made on a daily basis. There was data replication on a back-up server to ensure that Sylhet Tiles Merchants did not lose historical data.
Some of those functions are as follows:
A list of all their stocks and relevant details, valuable details allowing Sylhet Tiles Merchants colleagues to share with their customers. It also allowed their stock pickers to know where stock locations were and how to make it available to their delivery team. It was one of the most praised part of the system that Sylhet Tiles Merchants had told us.
Stock management tool. Prior to this, there was no real-time data and they could not make projections. They asked most of their customers to inform them in advance so they can make sure stocks were available but this changed once the new software was installed.
Inventory management tool.

Real time data on sales and invoicing.
Customer data management including previous order history, sales and pending orders to name some of the functions that are available.

Report management which includes profit and loss as some of the added features to provide a comprehensive business management tool. Sylhet Tiles Merchants was able to make more informed decisions.
