Travel Agency Management | Shahporan Aviation

Project description

Shahporan Aviation wanted us to create complete travel agency management software, so we developed a strong cloud based application. We started by creating a cross platform dashboard, which allows Shahporan Aviation valuable insights at a glance to make better and smarter business decisions.

We also created a bespoke customer enquiry management tool, to ensure all customers who have made enquiries, are tracked for purposes of booking their tickets. Our idea was to make sure all enquiries turn into conversion, centralise, manage, streamline, collaborate and track their customer enquiries. Shahporan Aviation commented on this key development of their cloud based software.

Tech ICS are currently working on improving the travel management software and we are adding new features such as traveller tracker which lets your customer easily locate travellers and gives you news updates every short interval. Further to that, it would include incident awareness which lets you inform travellers of events that may impact their travel. Finally, we are also creating the new geographic risk level indicators to help you assess and limit travel to locations with unacceptable risks.

Our cloud software is running on a secured LAMP server configuration at a Data Centre, so there is no data loss as they are backed up every 1 hour.
