White Heart Travels is an established travel agency business at the up market Shahajalal Uposhahar, Sylhet and approached Tech ICS for the development of their travel agency website. Tech ICS offers a wide range of services to assist you with delivering your customers intuitive and productive products. With customer experience at the core of what we do, we can help provide the tools you need, such as content management systems, data modelling, digital strategy to name some of the services we offer the travel agency market.
Currently, with the development of high technological trends, no travel agency can have a single success without an online presence. Online presence provides credibility for the business, and as the digital world is so easy to access, it bridges a platform between you and your customers. So if a customer is not able to find you online, they are less likely to make contact with you, and will always move to another competitor without your knowledge.
At White Heart Travels, they focus solely on providing services for both domestic and international airline tickets, holiday packages & visa management services. When building this website, we kept the design of the site simple and easy to navigate. We build a back-end application for White Heart Travels so they can make changes to their news page, holiday packages to name some of the functions that we had created, keeping in mind that in travel agency business, things change quite frequently and to keep the customers engaged, this needed to be done.
