Hotel Jalalia Irfania was approached by a number of Tech firms but selected Tech ICS, due to our industry experience in developing hospitality management websites and software’s. We created a bespoke web-based application for the hotel, to manage their entire business operation. This is housed in our cloud based software. 

The hotel management software comes with customised dashboards accordingly for each user, manager and department, with the ability to snapshot real time operations to view what is happening and what’s essential. The interactive system allows them to view client details, reservation details and account information from one screen to improve the efficiency of all operations.

It was very important for Hotel Jalalia Irfania to be accessed on mobile devices including smart phones, tablet laptops and desktop computers when online. In summary, please find the list of functions and modules we have created:
