Ayan Trade International is an established construction machinery suppliers and asked Tech ICS to develop an accounting software for their business. We housed the software in our "cloud LAMP hosted" server, which is a linux driven server as the software needed to be available at all times as the business relied fully on this automated accounting software.

Our cloud based servers are similair to Amazion AWS server's, and runs in a secured method of LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL PHP) stack application. A LAMP stack consists of the Linux operating system, which is one of the most secured web hosting servers and the software applications Apache, MySQL and PHP are used in that enviornment. These are installed together to host dynamic websites and web applications on one server.

One of the key features to the software was the real-time visibility which allowed Ayan Trade International to make informed decisions rather than manually doing all calculations, spending several unaccounted hours to check their stock, sales and availability. Those manned hours were used for other purposes making the business more proficient in its operation and serving what it was best at, serving their customers.

Some of their key functions within the application is as follows:

1. Secured and tracked logging system. Multiple users and various security platforms allow the system to be monitored and administrated. Users are placed in various responsibilities, and having user access to ensure un-necessary sharing of data that is not required. 

2. A list of products and its availability connected to the sales management tool. 

3. Expense tracking. This allowed Ayan Trade International understands where costs can be minimised due to the high-value machineries they held in stock. 

4. Supplier management tool. 

5. Customer management tool, containing data for customers as well as sales and invoicing. 

6. Human resources and employee management. 

7. Business real time sales and profit report.
